SkipCookin Terms of Service

1. Using SkipCookin

• You must be 18+ or have guardian consent to place orders or become a driver.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• We may suspend accounts engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe behaviour.

2. Orders & payments

• Final pricing is displayed before checkout and may include delivery or service fees.
• Payments are processed securely through approved processors. Refunds are handled according to local consumer laws.
• Delivery times are estimates; circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.

3. Restaurants & stores

• Partners must maintain valid licenses, follow food-safety rules, and honor SkipCookin packaging standards.
• Payouts occur according to each partner agreement. We reserve the right to adjust commissions with notice.

4. Drivers & riders

• Independent contractors must satisfy local licensing, insurance, and vehicle requirements.
• Instant payout features are subject to banking availability and fraud checks.
• Unsafe behaviour or repeated low ratings may result in deactivation.

5. Waitlist & communications

• Submitting the waitlist form gives us permission to email or message you with launch updates.
• You may unsubscribe at any time by following the link inside any SkipCookin email.

6. Liability

SkipCookin is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where local law requires, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria for Nigerian users and the laws of Rwanda for Rwandan users. Disputes will be resolved in the relevant local courts.
